Welcome to Viavox Centre for Languages

VIAVOX Centre for Languages, Inc. is the official TOEIC testing and registration center in Northern Luzon, Philippines as authorized by HOPKINS INTERNATIONAL PARTNERS, INC., (the official Philippine TOEIC representative). VIAVOX is also an authorized IELTS registration agent for the British Council and IDP Australia.

VIAVOX was established in Baguio in 1995 to be a venue for English language learning for and to all nationalities. It was known then as the English Language Centre (ELC) under a sole proprietorship. In 2004 it registered as a business corporation and changed its business name to VIAVOX Centre for Languages.

In 2008 VIAVOX applied for and received a certification from the office of the Commission non Higher Education in compliance with CHED Memorandum Order No.30. Similarly, in 2009, VIAVOX was granted the authority to accept foreign students by the Bureau of Immigration.

Since it was established, VIAVOX has continued to expand its course offerings. Today, VIAVOX offers language training in English, Filipino, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin and Spanish. In addition, VIAVOX provides lessons to assist students prepare for the international English examinations like the IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL and SAT.

  • Two pieces, 2 x 2 size photo (signed at the back)
  • Photocopy of identification
    • Foreigners – passport
    • Filipinos – any valid ID (drivers license, PRC, SSS, passport)
  • Fees: Php 2000 for Listening and Reading; Php 4200 for Speaking and Writing
  • Register at least 1 week before the test date

On test day bring original ID presented on
day of registration
